Terms of Use
Effective: 29 November 2025 — Required summary for Apple App Store review outlining how VitalsAI grants and revokes portal access for licensed medical professionals.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the VitalsAI Doctor Portal you confirm that you are an authorized healthcare professional and agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable clinical regulations.
2. Clinical Use Only
VitalsAI is designed for licensed clinics. You may only upload patient information that you are authorized to manage, and you must ensure that your login credentials remain confidential.
- Do not share accounts between staff members
- Keep patient data accurate and up to date
- Log out from shared devices after each session
3. Data Protection & Security
We encrypt all traffic and data at rest. You remain responsible for complying with national health privacy laws (including Malaysian PDPA) and for promptly reporting any suspected breach.
- Only upload information necessary for care coordination
- Report incidents to security@vitalsai.health within 24 hours
- Follow clinic policies for device management and backups
4. Acceptable Usage
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with system stability, or use the portal for any unauthorized marketing purposes. We may suspend access to protect patient safety.
5. Updates & Availability
VitalsAI may deliver updates through OTA releases or App Store builds. We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance notices are shared via email and WhatsApp.
